According to the motto “when it fits, it fits...“, the shareholders of Roland Electronic GmbH - Joachim Manz, Ralf Wilms and Marcus Bartle - have sought and found each other in 2020.

“The well-planned generational change in the group of shareholders was started with the admission of Mr. Bartle as a further managing partner on January 1st, 2021 and now completed as planned at the end of June 2023 with the complete takeover of the business shares by Mr. Bartle“ Ralf Wilms sums up with satisfaction. Joachim Manz adds: “For us as former shareholders, it was and is also important that we find a successor who also wants to take the employees with him into the future. This is only possible if the shareholders themselves are involved in the company‘s operations. Mr Bartle is fully dedicated to all issues in the company and is the best decision we could have made for the company.“

The new sole shareholder Marcus Bartle cites that in particular the honest and trusting cooperation between the previous shareholders and himself as the reason for the successful transfer of the company.
“If it fits humanly, then all issues can be solved constructively. We certainly stand as a positive model for such a process.“

Both, Joachim Manz as technical managing director and Ralf Wilms in his new function as personal advisor to the management will remain with the company and assist for some time to come.

Marcus Bartle finally states:
