The need of qualified personnel is a major issue in Germany. This makes the sustainable and high-quality training of junior staff even more important, especially nowadays.

Therefore, it is a very important task for our society that experienced and competent specialists and managers take care on this task and pass on and convey their knowledge and skills and experience to young people.

Starting in the winter semester of 2023, Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Joachim Manz, Managing Director of Technology at Roland Electronic GmbH, will also take care on this task, which is very important for all of us, as a lecturer at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University in Karlsruhe in the electrical engineering department.

Students will thus have the opportunity to benefit from his wealth of theoretical and practical knowledge and experience, acquired in 40 years of professional life.

Due to his way of explaining even technically very complex contexts in a simple, understandable, clear and practical way, his lectures will be a great benefit for the students.
