Single Sided

The MDM 60 system has been used for over 30 years in all types of steel coil processing line ranging from tinplate to automotive material. However, because of the great progress in controlling the sheet thickness in the rolling mills the necessity for controlling sheet thickness in sheet processing lines has somewhat decreased. However, in situations where the material is procured from less quality conscious sources it still has its place especially for tinplate.

MDM60 Single sided thickness measurement of coils and blanks of ferrous materials. Continuous or interval measurement 5 interchangeable linearized sensors for thicknesses of 0.05 to 3.50 mm
