100 Years of Commitment
As the company’s longest-serving employee, Friedbert Walch was recognized for his service since 1995.
He is a prime example of a successful specialist career within ROLAND ELECTRONIC. With 100 percent loyalty and discipline, he serves as Product Group Manager and Safety Officer for Double Sheet Detection. His consistently correct and exemplary conduct is highly regarded throughout the company.
Dagmar Crusius, employed at ROLAND ELECTRONIC since 2000, played a key role in establishing the company’s quality management system. She was likewise instrumental in building the ROLAND application laboratory, which has since become a distinctive hallmark of the company. She is responsible for the company’s consistently excellent audit results. Notably, her education, academic studies and further training were all completed with the highest distinction, “very good.”
Also honored was Oliver Scherb, who works in production and the test field and has been with the company since 2000, bringing 25 years of experience to his role. Precision and quality are the hallmarks of his work, earning him the appreciative nickname “the Professor” among his colleagues.
Christian Schäfer, Head of Export Sales, joined ROLAND ELECTRONIC in 2015. He is known for his deep technical expertise, which is highly valued by both colleagues and the company’s international representatives. Always ready to travel and at home in markets around the world, he represents ROLAND ELECTRONIC with great dedication and proudly “flies the ROLAND flag” internationally.
Unable to attend in person was Ute Zachmann, who works in sensor assembly and has been with ROLAND ELECTRONIC since 2015. She is characterized by a high level of quality awareness and exceptional efficiency in her work.
