At the expo, Roland Electronic GmbH presented the SIS VISION steel cord inspection system, specifically developed for cutting and splicing systems in the steel cord sector. Its major advantage: Early detection and prevention of defects in steel cord, helping to efficiently reduce material loss, energy consumption and labor effort.

A key highlight was the live demonstration of the SIS VISION system for 90° material (Body Ply), along with a sensor unit for inspecting Breaker material (15°-75°), which drew significant attention from visitors.
In addition, we introduced the "SIS VISION VALIDATION" tool, which enables precise and sustainable system calibration, ensuring consistently high detection quality over time.
