The event provided an excellent platform to engage directly with young people and to offer insights into the diverse training and career opportunities at ROLAND ELECTRONIC.

We were particularly pleased by the strong interest shown by the students, who approached us with curiosity and enthusiasm.

Through numerous personal conversations, we were not only able to present our company and our training programs, but also gained valuable insights into the expectations and interests of tomorrow’s skilled professionals.

The open and intensive exchange once again demonstrated how important direct contact between companies and young talent is.
