ROLAND ELECTRONIC offers for this purpose the Eddy Current Detection System

UFD40, which is especially designed for the usage at wire drawing lines,

cable rewinding lines and tube coating lines.

UFD40 is now available with the modular coil system SH-EC-15, to meet the

increasing quality requirements of the industry.

 

The UFD40 with the new coil is ideally suited for wire drawing plants to detect

the weld seam.

Therefore it is possible to cut out the weld seam after the drawing process.

 

The special features of the coil system SH-EC15 are:

• Exchangeable coils suitable for wires from 1 to 15 mm

• Exchangeable sleeves suitable cable guidance

• Optionally available with magnetizing device EM-SH-EC15
