“Tearing Down Walls” & Redesigning Processes
Since February, all employees involved in order acquisition have been working together in one central office – Team “Order Acquisition.” Previously, these employees were spread across three separate offices. With this deliberate step, we are creating the foundation for faster, more direct communication and fostering professional exchange. At the same time, collaboration is strengthened and the shared understanding of processes throughout the entire order acquisition and order processing chain is improved.
Our goal: even better processes – to the direct benefit of our customers!
As part of the redesign, all office furniture was modernized and adapted to current requirements.
